A LITTLE HISTORY
At 60, my father’s mid-life-crisis escape from his 9to5 accounting carrier in the U.S, lead him to Costa Rica. That was a long long time ago… 50 years. He fell in love with this property. Father put together the 56 hectar Residencial Aves Del Paraiso, in the early 80’s, with its rolling hills, fresh air and tranquility. This hillside was previously occupied and worked by a dedicated group of Esoteric Monks.
My husband was hard at work building a tropical flower farm in the Atlantic zone while Dad was putting Aves together. Hence the cornucopia of tropical flowers trees, palms, cactus and canes, cast in plantings Every-Where in the Residencial.
About AVES
As the development progressed from the first stage to the last, palms grew as did the number of families and homes. With 250 lots in Aves, There are now more 100 families calling Aves thier home.
